Telephone Support

We provide our global customer base support service through our 24 hour/7days a week Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Technical support is available on a per call basis or through annual maintenance contracts. Contact us for information on these service programs. (sales@txrservices.com)

 

On-Site Technical Assistance

Most calls for help can be handled over the phone, either by talking through a problem, or providing an emergency replacement for the malfunctioning equipment. When it canít be handled over the phone, our field support engineers go to work. In addition to our in-house engineers, we have engineers stationed at key points around the world, ready to deploy to get systems up and running as fast as possible.

We are proud that we were chosen, through Interdigital Communications, to provide emergency communication services during the India earthquake, Operation Desert Storm, Hurricane Andrew, and other international and domestic crises.

 

Emergency Equipment Replacement

In todayís information based world, communications failures can be disastrous. You canít afford to have your telecommunications equipment down. We work with all the major delivery services and airlines to so as to provide overnight and same-day delivery of replacement equipment
